OFF-SEASON SPECIALS
WINTER SEASON SPECIAL
Autumn, winter and spring, with exception for Chrismas and Easter we can offer a flexibility which is not possible in summer. Your stay is not limited to our standard weeks and we offer special prices for short and long stays. This goes for most of our objects, but not for all and that is the reason they can not be reserved online like standard weeks. Read more about it below.
SHORT STAYS
Many of our houses, cottages and apartments can be rented for short stays, that is less than a standard 7-night week. Except for Tallinn apartments the shortest stay is 2 nights. Generally the following pricing structure apply:
- 2-3 nights, 45% of weekly rate
- 4-5 nights, 72% of weekly rate
- 6-7 nights, weekly rate, but free choice of arrival and departure dates
LONG STAYS
If you wish to stay more than 2 weeks we make a special offer depending o your choice of house, cottage or apartment, generally 10-15% discount. If you wish to stay more than 5 weeks we make you a very good personal offer, with the price depending on how long you stay. In some cases we can also help you find permanent accommodation or a house, a cottage or an apartment which is not included in our standard selection – feel free to ask for an offer.
