Saaremaa Art Course
SAAREMAA ART COURSEFor the first time, we this year offer the wonderful opportunity of an interesting learning vacation. Learn drawing in the wonderfully beautiful nature of Saaremaa island! Drawing is taught as a course for 10-20 people and you are accommodated on the south coast of Saaremaa island, close to the sea, amg the junipers. For accommodation we offer three charmingly rural outhouses and two modern cottages, according to your wishes. Experienced teachers.
CONTENT OF THE COURSEThe final choice of techniques, materials and tools depend on the skills and wishes of the participants. For instance, beginners are taught about measuring with their pen, life-like representation of objects on paper, composition of drawings and perspectives. During the course you will get opportunity to try out different materials such as charcoal, colored pencils and ink. If you wish, one day can be dedicated to painting ceramics in Kuressaare town. It all depends on your skills and wishes. The course is held in English with experienced teachers.
LENGHT OF THE COURSEThe course lasts 5 days, with 3 hours of teaching each day, in total 15 hours of teaching.
ACCOMMODATIONYou rent outhouses or summer cottages, as you prefer. The summer cottages have all comforts. There are three outhouses, without comfort, but with ots of charm. Next to the outhouses is a shared „summer kitchen“ and a sauna (ot included in the price). Summer cottage number 32 also has a sauna.
PRICE OF THE COURSECourse, 5 days, 15 hours: 2250 EEK/personAdditionally rent of outhouses or cottages, 950 EEK/person in outhouse, 1300 EEK/person n house 38 or 2350 EEK/person in house 32.
HOW TO ORDER?Please send us your request and we help you find the right time and the most suitable content of the course. You agree with the teacher and then we reserve the houses for you. NB! The course i not organised by Baltcott and we do not take responsibility for its content, but we can assure you that the teachers have the best possible reputation and experience with working in English.
