The only two neighbouring houses (some 100 meters away) are also let through Baltcott and if you are many people you can come 15 people to Paaste.
In Paaste, on the north coast of Saaremaa, through the woods, not far from the sea and 10 kilometers from the charming village of Leisi you find this pretty cottage in a beautiful garden with plenty of sun. The nearest beach is 2 kilometers from the cottage and if you are looking for a nice sandy beach, you will find it some 10 kilometers from the cottage.
The cottage is recently renovated to a high standard with many original details preserved. The large windows with a view to the garden enhances the atmosphere in the house. There are 3 bedrooms and a living room with a pentry and a small dining table. Meals can also be taken outdoors on the roofed patio. There is sauna in the house. All rooms are on the ground floor, the second floor is not in use. The pentry is basic.
You live here in comfort and undisturbed by neighbours. On the north coast of Saaremaa the sea is always near and easily accessible. The roads are well suited for bicycle rides. Usually you would not find many tourists on the north coast. A ferry to Hiiumaa, the second largest Estonian island runs to Triigi harbour approximately 10 km from this house. In the nearby village of Leisi you find several small foodstores and a couple of bars/restaurants, of which one usually can serve local specialties at a good price.
