Near the charming small resort of Haapsalu and just 500 meters from a beautiful white beach, this value-for-money little house is located in the pine forest. At a reasonable price 2 families will get a nice vacation near the beach and also close to the tourism service of Haapsalu. The location is well suited for trips to the Estonian Baltic sea islands.
The house was built 1979 and redecorated in 2000. The decoration and furniture standard is basic but all comforts are available and the general impression is good. The house is semidetatched and we offer half of it. In the other half there are friendly people living permanently. To the right of the house is the only other neighbour and between the house and the beach is the pine forest.
Haapsalu is situated on the shore of the Baltic sea with good opportunities for swimming. There is also a small, but interesting railroad museum, well worth a visit. And since the Estonians have known for a long time how relaxing a Haapsalu vacation is, there are many activities for tourists and good restaurants. Many cultural events are held in Haapsalu in the summertime. The spa in Haapsalu is open in winter too, and in the wintertime you may get a particularly cheap and very restful vacation here. In the hotel some 5-600 meters from the house there is a swimming pool and sauna. The house owner’s wife is a masseuse and can offer her services at a most reasonable price.
Haapsalus is also an excellent choice for bird-lovers. Matsalu national park is situated some 20 km south of Haapsalu. In Matsalu 275 different spicies of birds have been observed. Included in the rent is access to two bicycles and electricity, firewood and final cleaning. Bedlinen and towels can be rented.
