For several families going on vacation together, near Pärnu. In total you can come here 17 grown-up and yet one child, read more about renting the outhouse below. In the main building there is room for 14 grown-up and one child. Additionally you get access to the large dining hall, where sometimes parties for 35-40 people have been held. The house is a traditional Estonian farmhouse from the 1930ies and it has been carefully modernized with significant traces of old times preserved. Right by the house is a pond with a little sand beach. The owners use the pond for swimming and fishing (but wecan not give you any guarantees about the water quality). There are also two saunas, a smaller inside the house and a detatched lager sauna by the pond, both are heated with firewood.
The house is comfortably located in Põhara, 18 kilometers from the Estonian summer capital of Pärnu and by the Pärnu-Lihula road. The location makes it a good starting point for trips around Estonia and to the Baltic sea islands. At the same time, the activities and services in Pärnu are not far away – spa, indoor water park, restaurants etc. The beach in Pärnu is famous but the beach in Valgeranna, some 15 kilometers from the house is also very nice. It is usually less crowded on Valgeranna beach, where you also find a new golf course right by the sea. The location is rather undisturbed, there is a neighbour approx. 100 meters from the house. Nearby are several nature reserves and the birdwatchers’ paradise of Matsalu is just about half an hour by car.
Due to limiations in our database we have not been able to describe all beds above. There are four bedrooms with 2 beds each around the kitchen and one more bedroom behind the assembly hall. The latter has 6 beds, of which 4 in bunk beds. By the assembly hall there is also two toilets, but the house has only one shower – the Estonian tradition is to use the sauna for personal hygiene. You can also rent a room in the outhouse, where 3 people can sleep comfortably. The outhouse is not let to other people than those in the main building.
If you are many people enough to fill the house, you will find it hard to find better value for money near Pärnu.

Special off-season offer. Off-season you can rent half this house. You will then get the kitchen and the 4 rooms surrounding it, all meant for 8 people. A smaller sauna, wc and shower are located in this part of the house. What is excluded is the old part of the house with large living-room (banquet hall), bedroom for 6 people and 2 wc’s. The price for half the house is 410 EUR for a week or 290 EUR for a long weekend (Thursday/Friday to Sunday). Please contact us personally for reservation of these offers.
