The house is located 15 minutes’ walk from the Old Town, Central Station and Bus Terminal. Staying here you’ll be just a walk’s distance from the Old Town, numerous shopping centers, museums, theatres and the Opera, not to mention all the pubs and restaurants. The house was built in 1934 in the style of constructivism. In the courtyard of the building an orchard untypical for the Centre of Riga has been created, offering a pleasing view from the kitchen balcony.
The apartment has separate kitchen, a combined living and bed-room and a real bedroom. Two people can opt to have the bedroom closed and get a special offer. You can use access to the internet and cable TV with 40 different channels. The flat is fully renovated in 2005.
