Value-for-money, modern and roomy private house in popular Pärnu. North of the river in Pärnu in a quiet residential area, dominated by private houses you find this comfortable house with a large garden with toys for the kids. There is enough space for two families. The house is built in 2004 in contemporary style, with good equipment and sauna as an extra plus. It is possible to rent 3 bicycles on location.
To the city center you can walk in 15-20 minutes or go by bus which stops some 700 meters from the house. To beach it is another 1300 meters but on the other hand the location is peaceful and quiet. Also you may arrange to be driven by the house’s owner who lives next doors in his minibus. Long distance drives is no problem. Maybe you want to go to Riga for a day, it is just 175 kilometers and Tallinn is even closer, 128 kilometers.
On the ground floor you find an all-purpose room – kitchen, living-room and dining-room in one. You also reach the garden straight from this room. WC, shower and sauna are also on the ground floor. There is one more WC on the second floor, where you also find the three bedrooms. Please observe that there are six ordinary beds and two inflatable mattresses for two more persons, who accept less comfort.
