This small hotelroom-like studio apartment sits in a very good location, close to the yacht harbour, the beach and the city center. Like a hotel room but with the additional comfort of a basic kitchen, this is real value for money for two people. This is an ideal place for those who need just a bed and kitchen for making breakfast. Spend your money on restaurants instead!
Behind the house is a bit of a grassy hill and behind it is a moat which you cross on a foot-bridge to reach the yacht club with its’ very popular terrace bar and restaurant. A walk to the beach is about ten minutes through a park and quiet streets and by the beach you find nightclubs, cafés and other pleasures.
Pärnu is called the summer capital of Estonia and it is a charming small town with full service for tourists; shopping, restaurants, spa, indoor waterpark and lots of sporting opportunities. The white beach is famous as one of the best by the Baltic sea and much appreciated by children for its’ shallow water.
