Roomy house, just 200m from the sandy beach. In the house are 4 bedrooms – and in 3 of them are 2 single beds what could be easy transformed to double beds. Additionally, could be used two sofas in the lobby of 2nd floor. In the first floor of house is located wide living room with fire-place, large table and TV set. Beside of living room is located bathroom with jakuzzi for 2 persons. Kitchen is in the 1st floor – it’s fitted with all neccessary equipment. All rooms in the house have heated floors what will make your staying there more comfortable in colder days as well. Distance till Jurmala is around 30 km, till Riga – 65 km.
Just 20m from house is located sauna. It’s really comfortable place where walls and roof are decorated with lime-tree planking. Without sauna-room there is antechamber with table and comfy sofas. In case of need this antechamber could be used as living room as it’s equiped with double sofa and pentry. Rent of sauna-house is not included in the price – price for 1 day is 60 LVL.
Just in 10 km distance from house is located recreational centre where can bet rented quadracycles.
Not far from village is situated Engure lake what is the most richest lake of birds in Latvia. In the lake and in surondings are living around 170 species of different birds (some of them are included even in World Red list of treatened species). There are common lots of treatened plants as well. At the lake are situated few bird watching towers, trails of wild orchids (orchids are in blossom in May and June) and pasture of wild cows and horses.
Lake of Engure is perfect place for fishing as well. To fish in Engure lake there is necessary to have a boat because coasts of lake are overgrown. Boat can be rented in several boathouses at Engure lake.
