The house in which you can enjoy the sunrise on the sea drinking morning coffee on balcony or terrace! The house is located almost in the sea shore, with large premises like in the palace – there will be comfortable also bigger company – 2-3 families. Also kids will like it as there is sandbox for smaller kids and volley ball field and basketball basket for teens and adults. In the house there are 5 bed rooms, 2 living rooms, 3 bath rooms, as well as 2 balconies and terrace. As well as there is possible to play ping pong in basement.

The house is located only 60 m from the sea – you can see the sea from the windows of two bed rooms, dining room or terrace and balcony.

All (final cleaning, electricity, wood for fireplace) is included in the price. But if there is need, you can order extra cleaning in the middle of the week for 15 LVL per one time. Fom the owner you can get 2 bicycles without extra fee.

Ordering in advance it is possible to arrange breakfast for 3-3,50 LVL per person.

For extra fee it is possible to arrange water scooters for rent, order dinner or lunch, as well as to get fresh smoked fish.

Around 5 km to the south on the sea shore there is bird watching tower for bird watching in bird migration time.

Approximately 25-30 km from the house there is Engure Lake which is richest with bird species in Latvia. There and in surrounding of lake are living 169 different bird species (some of them are included in the worlds Red book). As well as around the lake there are many different types of plants, including some which are included in the Red book. Near by Engure Lake there are several bird watching towers, wild orchid hike (orchids are in blossom in May and June), wild cow and horse pastures.

The Engure lake is very good place also for fishermen’s. For the fishing in Engure Lake you will need the boat as the banks are overgrown with reeds. The boats are possible to rent in the several boat bases, which are located near Engure Lake.

Around 35-40 km form the house there is Slitere National park, where you can find different hiking paths for tourists who would like to enjoy original nature landscapes.

Approximately 60 km away there is one of the biggest Radio telescopes in Europe, which was used and built by soviet army and is still operating in nowadays. Also tourists can visit it – more information about Irbene radio telescope you can find in Irbene telescope’s homepage.
