In Käina, the second largest village on Hiiumaa, this new-built house is found. It has a good layout and feels large. It is also very well equipped, almost luxurious with a whirlpool bath and leather furniture. In Käina you will find all of Hiiumaa is close, for instance the charming peninsula of Kassari, famous for it’s birdlife and its’ relaxing athmosfere. You may also watch birds from the balcony on the second floor of the house where there is also a view of the sea. The house is an excellent base for those wishing to discover Hiiumaa’s enchanting nature while still living in comfort.
Even though Käina is small and quiet village, there are services at hand, 100 meters from the house you find a beauty parlor with treatments at attractive prices and even a salt chamber, 200 meters from the house there are new swimming baths with steam sauna and infrared sauna as well. Public internet access just accross the street. Don’t miss the opportunity to have a good meal at hotel Liilia just a few hundred meters from the house. There are stables a few kilometres from the house and a good beach 12 kilometers from the house, although you can swim closer to the house. Hiiumaa is a really relaxing holiday destination and those who have been there praise the nature and the peace and quiet.
The owner of the house lives in his own house on the same plot of land. Be sure to ask her about the sights of Hiiumaa and if you may order breakfast. You are welcome to use the sauna in her house once a week at no additional cost. Three bicycles are at your disposal. Please be advised that bedroom 2 can only be reached from the terrace (roofed). Bedlinen and towels as well as final cleaning is included in the price and so is electricity and firewood.
