A simple but convenient garden cottage in a good location in Pärnu. The cottage is just 200 meters from the famous Strand hotel, with tennis courts nearby. You easily walk to Pärnu's famous white beach in 15 minutes. There is a radio and satellite-TV in one of the bedrooms and a large terrace.
The second floor is meant only for you as guests, there are two rooms. One room has two single beds and possibility for an extra bed as well as cupboard, table, chairs and the TV. The other room has the same equipment but radio instead of TV. Between the two rooms is a hall/staircase with a kitchen corner and toilet. In the kitchen corner you have all necessary equipment (in basic style). There’s no dining table but easy to have your meals in the rooms or on the balcony.
On the ground floor is the sauna with anteroom where there is a fireplace. In the sauna bathroom there is a shower. The owner of the house will every day heat the sauna enough to give you hot water for the shower and once a week for a real sauna. NB! The owner of the house and his family also uses the ground floor, but mainly only for their own sauna once a week.
In the garden there is garden furniture and barbeque. The location of the house is favourable. The beach is nearby. Tennis courts, shops, restaurants, bars, water park and the city center are all within 15 minutes walking distance and half-way to the center is the town’s marketplace.
NB! The cottage owner lives in his own house on the same property.
