Mansion feeling on Saaremaa/Muhu. This house is an excellent example of how renovation can be made preserving a house’s original charm combined with large open spaces and high quality decoration to achieve charm, modernity and tradition in a most pleasant mix. The house is located on Muhu island between the mainland and Saaremaa island. The Saaremaa ferry goes to Muhu and Muhu has artificial land connection to Saaremaa.

On the ground floor you have bedroom 1 and also living-room – dining-room – kitchen in open plan solution, all of them with plenty of space. Bathroom and separate wc are also on the ground floor. On the first floor there are 2 bedrooms, one of them with a double bed and the other with 2 bunk beds, each for 2 people and possibility to add two folding spare beds. The house is of course equipped with all modern comforts, including dishwasher.

It is less than 2 kilometers to the sea, but for bathing and swimming the nearest beach is by Pädaste manor. This beach is however a pebble beach and if you prefer sand beaches you can go 15 minutes by car to Pallasmaa where there is a rather good sand beach. The Pädaste manor also has a finerestaurant, offering gourmet food made mainly from local ingredients.

There is much to see on Muhu island, we especially recommend a visit to the Koguva museum village which is a well-preserved traditional village by the sea. On Saaremaa you find even more to see and do; charming farmer’s museums, the Episcopal castle in Kuressaare town and the world’s only football field with a tree in the middle (in Orissaare) and lots more. In Kuressaare there are also all kinds of restaurants and cafés, spa, a little indoor water park and traditional Estonian small town charm. Saaremaa offers many opportunities for horseback riding, visits to historical sites and in unique nature. But most of all, Saaremaa is famous for its’ relaxing athmosfere and friendly inhabitants. The Estonian’s themselves often enjoy vacations on Saaremaa.

In this house you will stay in great comfort with all of Saaremaa easily accessible and additionally just a short distance from the ferry harbour for a trip to the mainland.
