Small log building house is almost like from the fairy tales. The summer house is with two floors with sauna which is ideally suitable for the rest together with family, located almost in country side surrounded by meadows, few km from the boarder of Riga. At the same time it is located only approximately 12 km from Old Town of Riga and 12 km from Jurmala. Both Riga and Jurmala are easily reachable by big transport roads (main road Rīgas-Jūrmalas is only 2 km far away from this summer house).
Around 10 km from there the biggest water attraction park in North Europe is situated. For more information about Livu aqua park look in the home page.
The house is built like log house surrounded by the garden for real summer relaxation. The garden is well kept, decorated with flower beds and decorative shrubs. In the garden are garden fire place, garden furniture, swings and as well as lamps for lightening of garden in the days darkest hours, creating really romantic atmosphere. On the gardens other end around 100 m from summer house is located house where is living owners, but they will not disturb your life and peace with their presence of person.
In the first floor of the house there is big living room together with kitchen. Living room has antique stile furniture which harmonizes with log house walls and ancient time instruments of labor which are as design elements on the wall. Fire place located in the living room will warm you in colder summer evenings. There also is sauna, what can be used by owners permit. (One time if using sauna is included into summer house price, every next time 15 LVL). In the second floor there is bed room with couch and two separate beds. Additionally is possible to use folding bed. Near the house is located privy.
On the mornings and evenings you will have possibility to listen birds songs, but in case of good luck in evenings you will see some of the wild animals. In surrounding meadows sometimes is pasturing some cow.
Although Riga Airport is only 2 km far away from the summer house, you will not be disturbed by the airport noise, as the plains are landing from other side of airport and their skyways are not crossing the location place of the summer house, as well as between airport and the summer house there is wood and bushes, which dampen the noise from the airport it self.
If there will be season and you will have a wish the house owners feast with self grown tomatoes and cucumbers from their garden.
In the price of the summer house there is included electricity and final cleaning.
