please, contact us at telephone or email to Baltcott Very nice 100 years old house which is fully renovated last year. The house is located in cities peaceful area, so the cities noises will not disturb you. There are a lot of old time things, including biggest part of furniture, which are renovated by the owners them selves. This charming maisonette is located only in 20 minutes walk from the city center and wide sandy beach.
Small kitchen and two bedrooms are located in the first floor. The kitchen is equipped with all necessary to prepare tasty meal. As well as sauna is located there. In shower and also in kitchen there are heated floors.
Two rooms with low sloping ceilings are located in the house’s garret –floor. If necessary there can be located five sleeping places on mattresses.
Near the house there is rather big garden which is on guest’s disposal. There is both grill and garden furniture. As well there is possibility to park the car in the yard with is fenced.
Ventspils is the best choice for the rest with children – there are open air aqua park, several big tot lots, amusement park „Wild Cat” as well as nice sandy beach in the city which has the blue flag. Between Ventspils and Saaremaa Island in Estonia there is ferry line. But if you would like to fish, only about kilometer form the house there is river Venta witch is very good for this purpose.
