If you wish to drink morning coffee looking to the sunrise in the sea, this is the right place for you. We offer you almost 100-year-old house, which is fully renovated before few years. The house is located only 30 m from seaside. This really nice summer cottage is located only few km from Roja – small but old fishermen’s town, which in our time is become very popular place for the rest in summer season.
In the cottage there are 12 beds in 4 bedrooms (for the technical reasons in the list above there is enclosed only 3 bedrooms)
In the price there is included electricity, final cleaning and wood. For the additional fee there is possibility to arrange trip with boat in the sea as well as arrange also sauna, which is located beside the owners house. The cottage owners are living in separate house – around 20 m from there.
In the first floor there are 3 bedrooms, kitchen and hall with fireplace. In the second floor there is large room with tennis table and one bedroom. The house is surrounded by green meadow, where you can play football and also there is volley area.
Beach is a little bit stony, but you can swim safely. If you would prefer really sandy beach, you can get it only few km far a way.
If there is need for extra beds – you can get them (folding bed) - 2 extra beds can be placed in the room where is located tennis table.
