A plain apartment or ”part of the house” as the estonian expression goes. It means that it is an apartment in a villa with its own entrance and access to the garden. The house is situated in Tabasalu close to Tallinn, near the sea. This apartment gives a good, value-for-money opportunity to stay close to Tallinn but yet in peace and quiet. 1.5 kilometers from the house is a fine sandy beach and in the beautiful garden there is a masonry fireplace. In Rocca al Mare by the road to Tallinn there is a large shopping centre with all services and close to it you find the Rocca al Mare open air museum. In the open air museum you find Estonian houses from old times and in the same vicinity is the Tallinn zoological garden and a small amusement park.
