High class living in the Tallinn diplomat area. Across the street you find the Czech embassy, 25 meters away you find the Ukrainean and the Estonian presidential palace is 5 minutes walk through the beautiful Kadriorg park. The sea is less than 10 minutes walk away and so is the museum for modern art, built in 2006. There’s a tram stop some 25 meters from the house for a quick journey to the city center. With the tram you are in the city center in 10 minutes, walking will take you 15-20 minutes. This location is simply great and the house is high standard.
The house used to be a garage, but has been reconstructed in 2007 with high demands on quality. The whole little house is at your disposal. You share the garden with the owner, his wife and their children. In the yard you have free-of-charge parking behind closed gates (with remote control).
On the first floor you find a living-room, open to the kitchen as well as bathroom/sauna. On the second foor you have a large bed-room. You are sure to enjoy the atmosphere of this dwelling.
Bed and chair for small children can be arranged if you wish – and tell us in advance.
The house is also let per night, please contact us for exact availability. However the minimum rent period is 3 nights. The price is 140 EUR/night. Mandatory cleaning á 45 EUR will be added to any order for less than one week. Price per week is 825 EUR (cleaning included)
Included in the rent:
Eletricity will be added according to actual consumption. Bedlinen and towels are included in the rent. A deposit of 2000 EEK is required. Parking in the fenced yard is free of charge.
