In Kuressaare town on Saaremaa island and with the golf course around the corner in a house finished in 2007 you have this spacious 2-room-apartment. Parking in front of the house. Very good location with view of the sea and close to beach, Spa, Kuressaare episcopal castle and city center with many different restaurants and shops. All within walking distance. And Saaremaa’s only golf course is right next to the house.
Even if Kuressaare has it’s own beach, you may want to drive or ride a bicycle some 8 kilometers to the west where you find Mändjala beach, the nicest on Saaremaa with white dunes. The apartment is perfect for those who value modernity and good equipment – there is stereo, digital cable-TV, LCD-TV and Wifi wireless internet.
In the bedroom you have a large double bed and in the living-room additional bedplaces for 2 people. On the balcony, you can enjoy your meals with a view of the sea. The apartment is on the 3rd floor. There is an elevator.
