With view of the lake near the famous winter resort of Otepää we offer this spacious house, built in 2007. The house sits on a slope facing the beautiful lake Jaanuse. 46 kilometer from Tartu in south Estonia, famous for its’ beautiful landscape with hills and valleys and with several sights nearby. The house is a one floor villa where the living-room has high ceiling and lots of space and a terrace on the lake-side. Swimming from bridge by the lake.
Other advantages of this house are the secluded location and its’ size, large enough for two families in good comfort. The spacious attic can be used as a fourth bed-room (with mattresses on the floor). There are 6 real beds for grown-ups and possibility for mattresses for an additional three children, or adults who are satisfied with somewhat lower comfort. Two bathrooms and dishwasher are other advantages if you are many people in the house.
The house is insulated for winter (but electricity/heating is not included in the rent in the winter season) and you can go cross-country skiing right outside the door, if you make the tracks yourselves. Or you can go by car to the real tracks in and around Otepää. In Otepää there are also stores and restaurants. And the university town of Tartu is just 46 kilometers away. South Estonia is a popular destination for Estonians and the lake is usually warmer than the sea. Here you can have a vacation in rural surroundings and peace and quiet.
