Modern and comfortable 1 bedroom apartment in the very center of Pärnu. The apartment has a has a very good location just off the main square, with the main pedestrian street only some 50 meters from the house. Despite the central location, there is peace and quiet around and in the apartment. The house is new and everything is high quality. You walk to the famous white beach in 10-15 minutes.
There is one bedroom, an open plan solution for kitchen, dining area and living room. There are 5 bedplace and possibility to arrange mattresses for two children or non-fuzzy adults. There is a nightclub just across the street, the people passing in and out there might disturb you somewhat on the main party nights, but generally this is a rather quiet location. The apartment is an excellent choice for those who appreciate having shops, pubs, restaurants and other service just around the corner.
