This summer house – or, more precisely, a dwelling consisting of two separate buildings that are situated next to each other – is located in Liepaja, only 10-12 minutes walk from a sandy beach.

The smaller of the two houses has a twin bedroom. The other house has a more spacious living room, a kitchenette, a bathroom and a sauna with an anteroom. There is an open fireplace in the living room as well as a TV, a Hi-Fi and a two-seater settee. The kitchenette has a sink, a microwave, an electric kettle, a fridge and tableware.

The house has a sauna, too, that is available for a set price of 25 LVL. The price includes getting the sauna ready, birch brooms, separate sauna towels and cleaning the sauna after you have used it.

The summer house is located in the yard behind the proprietors’ house. There is a garden next to the house, which has garden furniture, a barbeque and a basketball hoop, all available for use by guests. In addition, a facility for playing darts is also available.

These charming two houses (total area of 45 sq.m.) are located in the outskirts of Liepaja, about 800 metres away from the beach and 2 km away south from the centre of Liepaja.

750-year old town Liepaja offers the joy of discovery for the admirers of history and architecture styles. The centre of the town unifies nicely the unique wooden architecture and Art Nouveau, whereas in Karosta you will find buildings of the religious and military kind, built both more than a century ago and in the Soviet times. You can find more information about Karosta on their website.

Liepaja welcomes its guests and there are many stylish cafes and cosy restaurants to visit.
55 km away from this summer house lays Palanga - the most popular resort town of our neighbouring state Lithuania.

You can get to Liepaja from abroad by air (there are direct flights from Riga, Hamburg and Copenhagen; more information can be found on their website) or by a ferry from Sweden or Germany to Ventspils, which is 120 km away from Liepaja; or to Klaipeda in Lithuania (from Denmark and Germany; Klaipeda is 92 km from Liepaja). The distance to Riga by road is approx. 220 km.
