A very nice little farmstead, recently built with high standard. It has its’ own windmill behind the main house and a little museum in an out-house. The house is situated in the south coast of Saaremaa right next to a protected bay. It is just far enough from the sea to avoid the breezes and close enough for a stroll down to the beach (700 meter). It is a beuatiful house and the yard is well-kept, with lots of flowers. It is easy to see that the owner takes a keen interest in old things when you see the museum in the outhouse. In the museum you may even try sleeping on a straw matress, as in the old days. In the house you have all conveniences.
By the house you find two barbeque places, one ordinary under a roof and one for open fire (with which the neighbour will help you). By the beach you find secluded picnic-tables and a volleyball-field. The beach is however rather private and never crowded because it is not very easy to find. There is a rowing boat you may rent additionally. There is lots of fish in the bay.
If you are a larger company, you may rent a second house on the farmstead (Baltcott house 38). This house is also in very good condition. In this house there are 4+1 beds. The farmstead is not disturber by neighbours close by.
