The house with this apartment is located just 10 minutes walk from the Dome Hill (in old town) in Tallinn. The apartment is comfortable. The house was built in the early years of the 20th century and has only 5 apartments of which the three on the first floor are let and the other ones occupied by the house’s owner and family. Behind the house is a nice lawn and in front of the house there is private parking space behind a locked gate. In case you bring a car you will be asked for a deposit of 500EEK (~EUR32) for using the remote control for the gate.
The neighbourhood is, in the typical Tallinn manner a mix of old and new, wealthy and less wealthy. This gives the neighbourhood its charm and it is mainly untouched by Soviet architecture. A fully modern shopping center is a 5 minute walk away.
In the apartment there are all modern comforts, including floor heating in the entrance and the bathroom. Electricity and bedlinen/towels are included in the rent and final cleaning can be ordered at a price of 200 EEK (13~EUR).
