In a recently renovated private house in Estonia’s summer capital the second floor studio-type apartment is at your disposal. The 35 m2 are well planned and hold up to 5 grown-ups. In addition to the 3 standard beds there is one folding bed and one matress available. You will surely prefer to take your meals in the beautiful gardan or on the sunny balcony.
The entire apartment is renovated to modern standard. The house is situated in an older residental area of private houses just outside the Pärnu city center. The city center is a 1.5 kilometer walk away and the famous beach is another 1.2 kilometer. Please notice that ”everything” is included in the rent in the summertime – electricity, water, final cleaning and bedlinen/towels. (But 1 september to 31 may you will be asked to pay for electricity because of the electrical heating. The cost of electricity for one week is not very high though).
There is a sauna on the ground floor, with direct entrance from the hall so that you mustn’t feel you disturb the old lady living on the ground floor. She will not disturb you, the apartment and garden are at your disposal. One sauna per week is included in the price, if you want to use the sauna more times, a fee of EEK100 is charged. You may park your car on the property, behind gates, where it is completely safe.
Parnu is Estonia’s summer capital and is boiling with life in the summertime. The town is however as welcoming in the winter months when peace and quiet rule. The new water park is open all year together with most spas and baths. You probably did not know that in the 1930ies, Parnu was the mass tourism destination for the people of the Scandinavian countries because of it’s famous spas and beautiful beach. When staying in Pärnu it is easy to make a day-trip to Latvias capital of Riga, 175 kilometers one way. The distance to Tallinn is 130 kilometers.
