In a very charming, early 20th century wooden house (rebuilt 1985) with a perfect location just opposite the Kuressaare episcopal castle, we offer this one-bed-room apartment. From the apartment it is a 5-minute-walk to Kuressaare’s Baltic sea white beach. The city center is not much further. In front of the apartment, there is a garden facing the castle park.
The apartment has new wall-papers in two of the rooms and it is well-kept. The bathroom (with sauna) is recently completely rebuilt. The kitchen is somewhat in the simple side and the furniture is somewhat older, although in good condition. For a couple or a small family, this apartment offer real value-for-money in a most charming environment. The third bed is a folding tourist bed and a small child may sleep on the couch (approx. 45 cm wide), thus a family of four may use this apartment.
Kuressaare is the ”capital” of Saaremaa, with a wide choice of restaurants, pubs and shops. The episcopal castle is a real attraction and is considered to be the best preserved medieval castel in the Baltics. The castle is surrounded by a beautiful park and behind the castle, right by the Baltic sea is a much appreciated beach. In Kuressaare you also find value-for-money beauty parlors, spa treatments and a little indoor water park. Saaremaa is full of attractions, beautiful unspoilt nature and activities. It is no coincidence that Saaremaa is Estonia’s most sought-after tourism destination (after Tallinn).
