With two little cosy apartments in a private house, this is an opportunity for a larger party to live together. The house is just some 800 meters from the famous Pärnu beach. In the house there is also a third apartment for 4 people available, see below. With this package you get one ground floor apartment and one on the second floor, they share an entrance and a staircase. No other people needs to use this door and staircase. You get two bedrooms, two living rooms, 2 kitchens and two bathrooms with shower – highly suitable for two families who want to stay close without sharing everything.
There are beds for a total of nine people, of which four adults and one child share the ground floor apartment and four adults stay upstairs. Each apartment is approximately 40 m2, well utilized. Windows towards the garden and the quiet street.
The distance to the city center is not much greater than to the beach. All the best that Pärnu has to offer is found within a radius of 1,5 km – spa, beach, water park, tennis court, restaurants, shopping etc. Behind the house there is also a garden with outdoors furniture and a barbeque. There is also room for parking your cars in safety in the garden.
