Value for money in Pärnu This is an opportunity to rent an apartment in a private house just 5 minutes walk from the Baltic sea. The price and the location makes this apartment an excellent choice for those who don’t mind somewhat older although still charming decoration and equipment. A balcony right outside the kitchen and a garden add to the pleasure of staying in this house and gives you opportunity to enjoy the sunshine the whole day. The famous white beach is a 10 minute walk and the city center is 1,5 km.
In the apartment there are 5 beds, out of which 2 in a doublebed, 2 in armchair-beds and 1 in a folding spare bed. The armchair-beds are good for children and acceptable for medium-sized grown-ups. 2 bicycles are available and there is parking for 2 cars. In the garden, under the balcony there is a barbeque.
